About Us
Being in the fitness and rehab industry for many years, we noticed a gap in two major areas.
First, there wasn’t a dedicated space for people to go once they had recovered from injury. Physiotherapy does a great job of getting a person back to ground zero, but where do they go from there?
The second major opportunity came in the way the industry operates group fitness classes. Most of the classes I have seen and participated in were designed to push people harder and harder but with no progression or direction.
We took a radically different approach to group fitness. Just ask our members or try out a class for yourself and you’ll FEEL the difference proper programming, caring trainers, and purposeful movement make.
